Your fitness trainer, Rebecca Sheehy, has years of experience and is qualified in women's fitness. She specialises in training techniques for older women but welcomes women of all ages and fitness levels. Rebecca will work closely with you to set realistic goals, design a programme that suits your preferences, and support you on your fitness journey. Training with a partner or buddy is also encouraged, as it can be motivating and fun.
