Allied Self Protection takes a unique approach by teaching principles that anyone can adapt, even those who are wheelchair-bound, thanks to Alex and the Adapt-com programme. The club loves scenario training to prep everyone for real-life situations, boosting both confidence and mental toughness.
For the little ones, there’s Allied Apes, and those looking for specialised training can explore Rapid Assault Tactics (RAT), Modern CQC, Allied Amazons, and Allied Adapt. Steve, Les, and the whole crew ensure a safe, supportive place for everyone to thrive. 🌟
