Stephnee's experience also includes work as a life coach for the Strategic Leadership Programme at Millbrook and presenting Sports Recovery modules at the Otago Institute of Sport. She uses a range of skills and techniques to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of her clients.

Joining her at Ambitions is Amelia Jenkins, a Clinical Exercise Specialist with a Post Grad Dip in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Physical Education. Amelia brings expertise in clinical exercise prescription, creating individualised exercise programmes, and lifestyle education for various health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, and obesity.
