Andover Tae Kwon-Do

Andover Tae Kwon-Do is a martial arts school located in Andover, Hampshire, run by Instructor Charles Gellard, a 7th Degree World Master. The school is affiliated with the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain and offers high-quality training in traditional Tae Kwon-Do.

Training sessions are held at two convenient locations. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, students can train at Winton School on London Road, Andover, where the classes are divided by belt level. White and yellow belt students train from 6:30 PM to 7:10 PM, green and blue belt students train from 7:10 PM to 7:50 PM, and red and black belt students train from 7:50 PM to 8:30 PM. Saturdays offer training at Rookwood School, Dance Studio, on Weyhill Road, Andover.

White and yellow belt students train from 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM, green and blue belt students train from 10:40 AM to 11:20 AM, and blue, red, and black belt students train from 11:20 AM to 12:00 PM.

Tae Kwon-Do is a modern Korean martial art that combines combat techniques, self-defence skills, sport, exercise, entertainment, and philosophy. Translated as “The Way of Foot and Hand,” Tae Kwon-Do focuses on footwork, kicks, and punches. It is a popular sport and exercise that appeals to individuals of all ages and genders. Through training in Tae Kwon-Do, students develop physical attributes such as strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina.
