Angela Stevens has been teaching yoga for over 40 years, and she's one of the best in the business. Her studio in Wadhurst welcomes everyone, no matter your level. Angela started with general classes for beginners and intermediate students, but she now runs sessions for those with specific needs like asthma, back issues, ME/Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, severe Arthritis, Epilepsy, and stroke rehabilitation.
Angela also offers guided yoga CDs for practice at home and is available for day courses and in-service training. Her Yoga for Asthma classes focus on proper breathing techniques and back health, inspired by her own experience with scoliosis.
