With a passion for Vinyasa and Yin yoga, Anna offers classes for both groups and individuals. Her own yoga journey was a transformative experience that allowed her to live life to the fullest with an open heart, and she finds great pleasure in sharing that knowledge through her teaching.
For Anna, yoga extends beyond the confines of the mat. Anna's journey with yoga began during her time as a producer and casting director, when she was constantly on the move, working long hours, and neglecting her own well-being. Feeling depleted of energy, she made the decision to join a yoga studio and committed herself to daily practise, which turned out to be a life-changing experience. Yoga became her anchor, helping her rebuild her routine in a healthy and mindful way.
Despite her busy schedule, Anna continues to travel and work extensively. However, she always has her yoga practise with her, providing strength, love, and joy. Sharing this joy with her students in her Vinyasa and Yin classes is a true pleasure for Anna, and she looks forward to seeing new students on the mat.
