For anyone recovering from injuries or looking to enhance their physical well-being, Sarah provides physiotherapy services. Her team of skilled physiotherapists work with clients of all ages, from acute to chronic conditions, offering pre and post-operative care. They focus on understanding each client's body and designing personalised treatment plans for optimal recovery and injury prevention.
Additionally, Sarah's studio offers pilates classes, catering to both individuals and groups. Options include private sessions, duo sessions, and small group classes. Various pilates apparatus like the reformer, trapeze table, Wunda chair, ladder barrel arcs, and mat are used. These classes aim to support injury rehabilitation, health, wellbeing, and fitness, with each session tailored to the client's goals and needs.
For those interested in a more dynamic movement practice, Sarah offers reformer and mat classes. These choreographed classes are conducted in a supportive and fun environment, suitable for all fitness levels. They aim to improve movement patterns and function, resulting in increased energy, strength, and flexibility.
To make it convenient, Arc Wellness Studios has two locations—in Kelburn and Hataitai Village. Both locations offer physiotherapy and pilates services. Booking an appointment for either service is simple through the provided contact details.
