Their facilities are state-of-the-art, featuring training pods, a 15-metre turf area, various strength equipment including cable machines, free weights such as dumbbells and barbells, as well as bathrooms and water facilities. These facilities provide a comfortable and conducive environment for effective training and rehabilitation.
The process at Arena Health & Performance is designed with your success in mind. It starts with the Pro Starter Pack, which includes three one-hour private sessions to assess your current health and fitness status. This includes health screening, mobility and movement analysis, strength and aerobic testing, and lifestyle assessments covering sleep and nutrition.
From there, you move onto the Raise the Bar stage, where you work together with the team to create the finer details of your personalised training programme. This includes a tailored exercise programme and daily healthy habits to support your goals.
The final step is to Master the Process. This is where you show up to the gym and train. With regular accountability check-ins and guidance from the coaches, you stay on track to achieve your goals. After 12 weeks, there is a re-assessment to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your programme.
