Our class programme is designed to meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation. With a focus on correct movement patterns, consistent improvements, and individual choice for intensity, you will see guaranteed progress and results.
In addition to our CrossFit classes, we also offer added extras for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Whether you want to focus on gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio, or any other specific area, our added extras provide you with daily programming that can be completed after your CrossFit session.
If you are looking for some extra guidance or personalised support, our personal coaching sessions are available. Whether you prefer a 30, 45, or 60-minute session, our experienced coaches will work with you to provide the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals. We also offer specialised programming for those who are ready to take their training to the next level, whether it's to upskill, rehab an injury, or participate in sport-specific training.
