His wake-up call came in 2016 when he faced a life-threatening situation due to heat stress, dehydration, and diabetes. It was at this moment that Josh fully committed himself to transforming his life.

Josh's personal experiences have shaped him into a compassionate and empathetic personal trainer. He understands the mental and physical hurdles individuals face while embarking on their fitness journeys. With Arkham Fitness, Josh aims to guide individuals towards becoming their own superheroes by helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Arkham Fitness offers online coaching and personal training.
