Traditional Chinese martial arts training for modern health and wellness in Montreal. Arts Martiaux Cinq Coordinations offers beginner and regular Tai Chi and Kung Fu programs, including a Wu style Tai Chi option focused on mind-body connection, circulation, balance, and stress relief. Classes run at 6225 Avenue de Godfrey in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, with programming for adults from 12 years through adulthood and a kids Kung Fu program.
