About
And enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced players.
Arundel Cricket Club is known for its friendly and inclusive atmosphere. They pride themselves on being a cricket family rather than just a club. With a rich history dating back to one of the oldest recorded clubs in the world, they have a strong presence in the local cricket community.
The club runs successful 1st-XI, 2nd-XI, and 3rd-XI league teams on Saturdays, as well as a friendly but competitive Sunday-XI team. They also have a thriving colts section, offering fully qualified coaching for young cricketers aged 10 to 16. The colts play in their respective leagues, providing aspiring young players with the opportunity to develop their skills and passion for the game.
Arundel Cricket Club is also a popular destination for mid-week touring sides during the season. In addition, they have a traditional fixture against the Duke of Norfolk's XI at the historic Arundel Castle.
Conveniently located within the scenic South Downs, Arundel Cricket Club boasts two well-maintained grounds with a dedicated grounds team and professional Groundman. They provide outdoor nets and an artificial pitch for practise and matches.
Whether you are a player looking for a club to join or a supporter wanting to be part of a welcoming community, Arundel Cricket Club is the place for you. They welcome both experienced players and beginners, ensuring that everyone feels included and valued.
