The Village at 1883 is a light filled studio in Conestogo, Ontario, designed to inspire and uplift through creativity, reflection, movement, and connection. It is an extension of ASCENT Strength + Embodiment and offers a sanctuary within our family home.

How can I use the studio space?

Shared use of the studio is available only by scheduled arrangement on a limited shared use basis. It is used intermittently and remains secondary to family life, for intimate workshops, private gatherings, and practitioner sessions.

Where is the studio located and what kind of spaces does it include?

The studio is in the heart of Conestogo Village in a heritage building dating back to the 1880s. It includes a light filled indoor studio with a deck overlooking the river valley, plus outdoor spaces with a gas fireplace and rest seating, and additional access to two bathrooms along with hot tub and sauna areas in the walk out basement.
