Through the Team Enhancement Programme, AS Elite Performance has worked with over 20 clubs in rugby league, rugby union, and football. The Athletic Development Programme is a newer offering from AS Elite Performance, but has already assisted over 30 athletes in enhancing their speed training abilities. This programme targets fundamental aspects of speed training to improve overall athletic performance.
