Ashtanga Cheshire Studios Ltd runs Ashtanga yoga and Pilates classes at 1 Welles Street, Sandbach, Cheshire. The studio says it welcomes beginners through to advanced students, and offers more than 23 classes per week. It also hosts monthly workshops, events, and yoga retreats, including an Ashtanga and Rocket immersion retreat outside Lisbon. Founded by Calum Thomson, the focus is on community support alongside progression in practice.
