Sensei Nick Regnier at Aspire Aikido London invites sports enthusiasts to join his dojo for a unique and enriching training experience. With a yearly membership fee of £50, members can choose to pay per session or opt for a monthly membership to maximise their benefits.
In January 2024, new members can take advantage of a special offer, trying Aikido for just £25—saving £45 on a month's membership. Located at Laxman House, 413 Hendon Way, London, the dojo offers a welcoming space for all fitness levels and skills.
Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 PM, covering both Bukiwasa (weapons training) and Taijutsu (empty-handed techniques). Participants are encouraged to attend the full session to grasp the interconnectedness of these skills.
For Bukiwasa, bringing your own Jo and Bokken is recommended, but the dojo can provide spares for newcomers. Taijutsu emphasises non-aggressive techniques leveraging the opponent's energy.
Fees for non-members are £18 per two-hour session, while members pay £12 per session or £70 monthly, offering access to all sessions within that period. To join, fill out the application form and pay the £50 yearly fee.
