Athletic Ambition is a fitness community based in Guildford, led by personal trainer Harry Grove. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Harry is dedicated to providing premium training information, guidance, and resources to help individuals exceed their fitness goals.
As the name suggests, Athletic Ambition focuses on helping individuals become physically strong, fit, and active, while also instilling a strong desire to achieve their desired outcomes. Whether it's aesthetic improvements or powerlifting goals, the team at Athletic Ambition is committed to pushing performance and exceeding expectations.
Harry Grove holds impressive qualifications to support his expertise. He obtained a degree in Sport Studies with honours and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Additionally, Harry is a Certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, making him well-versed in nutrition principles and practises.
Throughout his career, Harry has worked with a diverse range of clients, including the general population, elderly individuals, other fitness professionals, and personal trainers, as well as junior to professional-level athletes and sports teams. He has also established a strong referral network with various health professionals, such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, to aid in injury rehabilitation.
Not only has Harry dedicated his life to improving the health and fitness of others, but he has also personally competed in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman competitions. This combination of formal education, practical experiences, and continuous learning allows Harry to guide clients towards their health and fitness goals and help them maintain them.
Specialising in strength training, conditioning, fitness for under 16, nutrition and weight management, fitness testing, and speed, agility, and quickness training, Athletic Ambition offers a comprehensive range of services to cater to various needs.
In addition to his personal training and coaching services, Harry Grove also conducts strength and conditioning sessions at Boxgrove Primary School as an extracurricular activity. These sessions are designed to bring kids together from all sporting backgrounds, improving their fitness levels, strength, speed, and agility in a fun and fulfilling manner. Even children who do not participate in competitive sports can benefit from these sessions, as they promote physical activity, health, and teamwork.
