Atwood Strength & Nutrition is a boutique personal training studio located in Hope Island, Gold Coast, Queensland. The personal trainers at Atwood Strength are dedicated to helping their clients reach their full potential. One of the trainers, Ben Kissane, is a father of three and the founder and head coach of the studio. With over 25,000 client sessions under his belt, Ben is a master personal trainer and a strength and nutrition specialist. He is passionate about giving busy, professional parents their bodies back and helping them live a strong, healthy, and energetic life.

In addition to Ben's expertise, the team at Atwood Strength includes coaches with international certifications and qualifications. They have vast experience in strength training, nutrition, and endurance. With their guidance, clients can expect to achieve their fitness goals and transform their bodies.

Atwood Strength offers a variety of programmes and services to cater to different needs and preferences. These include 1:1 personal training sessions, 1:4 semi-private personal training, park personal training, and 1:1 nutrition coaching. The studio also provides various events and seminars, such as member social events, 12-week run and row programmes, monthly 1:1 check-ins, strength system masterclasses, and fat loss seminars.
