Join Audrey Tomyoga's Yoga Classes!
Audrey Tomyoga has been teaching yoga in London since 2002, and her years of experience make her classes something special. She’s got a British Wheel of Yoga diploma and follows the tradition of Krishnamacharya.
Inspired by experts like John Stirk and Vanda Scaravelli, Audrey helps students release tension and relax through breath and movement. She's great at tailoring sessions to suit individual needs and goals, too.
Audrey teaches private groups, works with children in schools, and even volunteers with the charity Kids Company. Students love her engaging teaching style, and they always feel safe and supported in her classes.
Expect surprises and practical tips in her sessions, which are full of good humour and rigour. Audrey’s been featured in Vogue and The Daily Secret, and you can join her online classes, like her stress-relief sessions every Tuesday from 1-2pm via Zoom.
