Led by the experienced and passionate Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Robin Aurora, this studio offers a variety of classes, workshops, and certified Thai massage services to help individuals achieve physical and mental well-being.

Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Robin Aurora is an Indian yogi with a contagious passion for Ashtanga Yoga. With over 20 years of practise and teaching experience, Robin is a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and an 8000-hour Senior Yoga Alliance registered teacher. He has also spent extensive periods studying with renowned teachers, including Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. Robin's main teachers are John Scott and Lucy Crawford, with whom he continues to study.

Robin's expertise extends beyond Yoga, as he is also a certified Thai massage therapist. This additional skill allows him to provide holistic wellness services to his clients, helping them achieve physical and mental relief through massage therapy.

AuroraYogi Ashtanga Yoga – Birmingham offers a range of classes, including online classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am for just 5 per class. These classes are accessible to all levels, providing the opportunity for individuals to practise Yoga from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, Robin conducts Mysore-style self-practise classes throughout the week, allowing students to progress at their own pace and receive personalised attention.

The Yoga Lounge, where classes are held, is a comfortable and intimate studio heated to 23C, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for practise. With limited class sizes of up to 8 students, students can be assured of individual attention and guidance from Robin.

In addition to regular classes, AuroraYogi Ashtanga Yoga – Birmingham also offers workshops and masterclasses. The Flight Club, created by Robin, focuses specifically on handstand techniques in order to develop strength, stability, and the ability to effortlessly perform arm balancing postures in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to deepen their practise and enhance their physical abilities.
