Over the years, the club has developed and expanded its teams. Currently, Ballinger Waggoners Cricket Club boasts two men's Saturday teams, with the 1st XI playing in the Berkshire, Mid-Bucks and Chilterns League and the 2nd XI playing in the Mid-Bucks League. Additionally, there is a Sunday side that plays friendlies only, and a women's team competing in the Home Counties League.
The club takes great pride in its strong junior section, which consists of eleven teams competing in the Bucks Cricket Board age group competitions. The club also has a very successful girls section. As one of the first Focus clubs in Bucks and the recipient of the ECB Club Mark accreditation, Ballinger provides a high level of coaching to all juniors, ensuring their development and growth in the sport. The club's priority is to create a safe and inclusive environment for all players, whether adult or junior.
