Barre Fitness with Camelle offers 45-minute barre workouts for adults in Invercargill, New Zealand. The workouts are a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and fitness techniques. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or completely new to exercise, no dance experience or flexibility is required. Everyone is welcome!
