Barre Sculpt invites you to join their engaging and effective ballet-inspired workout sessions in the heart of Great Missenden. Led by passionate instructors, Barre Sculpt combines classical ballet techniques to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles without adding bulk, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes focus on building core strength, balance, and flexibility while helping participants achieve the posture and poise of a dancer. Everyone is welcome, no dance experience needed. And with virtual classes available, you can keep up with your fitness goals from home.
For a more personalised touch, Barre Sculpt offers private and small group lessons that can be held at the gym or your home. These sessions are tailored to target the areas you want to focus on, fitting into your schedule with ease.
Men are encouraged to join too, as they will benefit greatly from this unique workout. Wear comfortable clothes like leggings and a T-shirt, and non-slip socks, which can be bought at any class, are recommended.
Located at The Misbourne School in Great Missenden, classes run on an 8-week term, with the upcoming term starting on Tuesday, 2nd January. Classes are every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00. Private lesson costs are flexible, starting at 50 for an individual session, with group rates available. Term packages for private lessons start at 320 for 8 classes.
