Base in Black Rock is a dads-only strength training gym with small group sessions built around camaraderie, expert coaching, and structured training. Sessions combine functional strength work such as squats, bench press, deadlifts, pull-ups, overhead press and rows with high-intensity interval training using formats like EMOMs, AMRAPs and TABATA. After training, members can use the sauna and finish with an ice bath recovery option. It suits local dads who want strength and conditioning without egos or judgment.
