For parents with babies as young as 6 months old, Bawley Swim N Safe offers classes focused on water familiarisation, floating, movement, and breath control. Parents are in the water with their child at all times, and classes have a maximum of 6 participants.

For school kids aged 5 to 14 years, the club offers graded classes that focus on bilateral freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Classes have a maximum of 4 participants to ensure personalised attention and instruction.

Toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years can participate in classes aimed at building confidence and promoting independent travel through songs and games. Classes focus on bodyline, kicking, floating, and increasing breath control. Parents are also in the water with their child at all times, and classes have a maximum of 6 participants.

Bawley Swim N Safe also offers private classes for those who prefer dedicated attention from the teacher, whether it be for swimming lessons or aquatic exercise sessions. Private lessons have a maximum of 1 student per class/session.

Children aged 3 to 5 years can join pre-schooler classes, which are graded into 3 skill levels determined by gross motor skills, confidence, or comfort level. These classes focus on kicking, bodyline, independent horizontal rotation, back float travel, freestyle arm movement, and introductory bilateral freestyle. Maximum class size is 4 participants.

For those seeking hydrotherapy or aquatic exercise, Bawley Swim N Safe offers private assisted hydrotherapy sessions as well as self-guided hydrotherapy. By appointment only, interested individuals can enquire about available timeslots.

The teacher at Bawley Swim N Safe, Alison, has been teaching swimming and water safety since 2010. She holds various teaching qualifications from AUSTSWIM and is accredited in CPR and First Aid. With experience teaching infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-aged children, and adults, Alison is skilled in providing assisted aquatic exercise to individuals with limited range of movement. Her background in surf life-saving further enhances her expertise in water safety and rescue techniques.
