Our opening hours ensure that you have ample time to fit your workouts into your busy schedule. We are open Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 9:00pm, Friday from 6:00am to 8:00pm, and on weekends from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We also open on public holidays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
