Got a thing for Pop music? Join the Pop Choreography class for women 16 and up. Over the term, you'll master a pop dance routine with warm-ups and cool-downs thrown in. These classes are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at different times – perfect to fit into your schedule.
If you fancy a bit of nostalgia, Retroburn is your jam! Dive into a one-hour cardio dance session with tunes from the 70s to the 00s. It’s a mix of retro aerobics, toning, stretching, and even weights (if you want). Catch Retroburn every Monday at 6pm (bank holidays excepted), and pay as you go or book in blocks.
For the little ones, the Star Power Theatre School is a hit. Led by Miss Laura, it's a fab place for kids aged 2-12 to enjoy dance and musical theatre in a chill, supportive setting.
