We offer a variety of Pilates classes, including group reformer classes, mat classes, and specialised classes for prenatal and postnatal clients. Our small class sizes ensure individual attention and personalised guidance from our knowledgeable instructors.

Pilates Timetable. We offer a flexible timetable to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our classes run on NSW school terms, and you can choose from a range of class times throughout the week. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening sessions, we have options available for you.

Fees and Booking. Our term fees are based on attending one class per week for a 10-week term. We offer competitive rates for our classes, including mat, reformer, and private Pilates sessions. Booking is easy through our online platform, where you can select your preferred class and secure your spot.
