About
Be Pilates Studio offers Pilates classes in Birmingham, centred on reformer-based training. It suits people who want either small group sessions with a maximum of 8 or more individual support through Classical Pilates private lessons. Group classes use a modern, flowing approach aimed at building strength, control and flexibility. Private sessions deliver focused, personalised instruction in one-to-one or one-to-two formats tailored to individual needs and goals.
