For just 40 per month, members can enjoy unlimited access to a variety of classes taught by Bearwood Yoga's exceptional teachers.

Whether you attend classes regularly or only once a week, the monthly membership allows you to save money while still receiving the same high-quality yoga practise. When attending classes at Bearwood Yoga, you can expect a well-equipped studio. They provide Yoga Mats, Blocks, Belts, and Blankets for stability and relaxation. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. Comfortable clothing is recommended, similar to what you would wear for any other form of exercise.

Bringing a small towel and water for your practise is also advised, as Bearwood Yoga has a convenient kitchen area with cups and a tap.

To ensure a peaceful and focused atmosphere, it is encouraged to travel light and keep personal belongings to a minimum, as the space is primarily dedicated to yoga practise and offers limited storage for larger items.

When it comes to class options, Bearwood Yoga provides both in-person and online classes to accommodate different preferences and needs. For in-person and outdoor classes, advance booking is required to guarantee a spot, with confirmation sent via email. Online classes can be accessed through the Zoom app, and members can use their voucher codes for class bookings. Bearwood Yoga will email a Zoom link to attendees, so they can easily connect and participate in the classes.

It is recommended to log in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of each session.

The studio's founder, Matty, is an experienced practitioner and teacher with over twenty years of yoga experience. His teaching style incorporates elements from various yoga traditions, including the dynamic flow of Ahstanga, the deeper practises of Sivananda, and the transformative techniques of Sun Power yoga. Matty believes that yoga is for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. He approaches his teaching with patience, understanding, and a focus on supporting each person's individual needs and development.
