Belair Yoga & Reiki is a renowned Yoga instructor and Reiki therapist based in London. Led by Bella, a passionate yoga and meditation teacher, mindset and acceptance-commitment coach, Reiki practitioner, and world traveller, the mission of Belair Yoga & Reiki is to help individuals reconnect with their innate wisdom, experience the joy of being human, and unlock their full potential.
Bella believes in supporting individuals in creating a richer and more meaningful life by providing them with the tools to cultivate a positive environment for their mind, body, and soul. With a focus on holistic wellness, Belair Yoga & Reiki offers a variety of practises including restful Yoga Nidra, therapeutic Yin Yoga, Hatha, Meditation, Corporate Yoga, and private Yoga sessions.
In addition to traditional Yoga practises, Belair Yoga & Reiki also specialises in Aerial Yoga, a playful form of Yoga and exercise that combines Pilates, Yoga postures, and acrobatics. Aerial Yoga provides numerous therapeutic benefits such as decompression of the spine, improved circulation, and a boosted mood. Bella offers Aerial Yoga classes and pop-ups, including unique experiences like Puppy Yoga and morning Yoga at famous Skygarden around Rotherhithe and London.
Belair Yoga & Reiki also offers Meditation and Acceptance-Commitment Coaching services. As a certified Reiki practitioner, Bella provides Reiki treatments to help individuals reach a deep level of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Reiki has been known to enhance self-confidence, promote deep inner rest and calmness, and create a greater sense of balance in the body. Bella is currently building a booking form for Reiki treatments, which are available in Canada Water, London, and Chislehurst/Bromley.
