Bellingen Pilates is a Pilates studio located in Bellingen, New South Wales. Offering both in-person and online classes, the studio is dedicated to providing top-quality Pilates instruction to individuals of all fitness levels.
The studio is well-equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and is air-conditioned for the comfort of its clients. The instructors at Bellingen Pilates are highly trained and certified, holding Level 3 qualifications from AusActive Regd Exercise Prof as well as diplomas in Fitness and Pilates. They are also approved by the Pilates Association of Australia and are registered health fund providers for certain health funds.
Bellingen Pilates offers a range of classes to cater to different levels of experience and fitness goals. Whether you are an advanced practitioner or a beginner looking to improve strength, flexibility, or rehabilitation, there is a class for you. Private one-on-one sessions are also available, as well as small group classes called “Pilates Plus”, where you can connect with like-minded individuals and train in a small, intimate, safe, and fun environment.
The studio's owner and lead instructor, Ali Barrow, has been teaching Pilates for over six years and has a wealth of experience in helping clients improve their mobility, strength, and posture. During the Covid-19 lockdowns, Ali seamlessly transitioned to online classes, keeping her clients engaged and motivated. Now, she offers a combination of both Zoom and in-studio classes to cater to her clients' preferences.
