At Bemore Studio, they recognise that how you trained in your early twenties may not be suitable for you when you are 35, have just had a baby, or are going through menopause. Our bodies go through various life changes, and therefore, we have to train differently and smarter in order to reach our fitness goals. The team at Bemore Studio offers a range of training options to cater to individual needs, including 1-2-1 small group personal training and large group training.
One of the key programmes offered at Bemore Studio is the 6-week programme. This programme is designed to help women get in shape quickly and make rapid changes in their fitness levels. Participants in the programme can expect to shape up, get toned, gain more energy, improve strength levels, sleep better, and boost their self-esteem and confidence. The programme includes six full weeks of calorie-crunching workouts with up to four sessions at the studio each week, led by a personal trainer.
In addition, participants have access to nutritional support through masterclass videos by fully qualified and experienced nutritionists, as well as mindset and motivational videos to help them stay motivated and focused on their goals. Weekly check-ins by dedicated fitness and well-being coaches ensure that participants receive the support they need to succeed.
Bemore Studio understands that life can be busy, which is why they provide flexible class schedules, offering sessions seven days a week from early morning until evening. This allows women to fit their workouts into their busy lifestyles without sacrificing their other commitments.
