Bend Over Backwards Yoga is a warm and welcoming yoga studio nestled in the heart of the Old City Quarter in Nanaimo. Our studio, located at Wesley Square #106-335 Wesley St, offers a range of yoga classes and workshops suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities.
At Bend Over Backwards, we specialize in Iyengar Yoga, a form of yoga that focuses on precision, alignment, and strength. Our highly skilled and certified instructors have undergone rigorous training, with over 1000 hours of practice before certification. We are proud to be Nanaimo's longest-running yoga studio, offering classes rooted in ancient yogic teachings and driven by a commitment to social justice.
