Our extensive facilities include a 25-meter UV-purified pool with shared lanes for length swimming and a multipurpose lane, as well as a hot tub and steam room for relaxation and recovery. Our weight and cardio rooms offer top-of-the-line equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, and selectorized weight equipment, to help you push yourself towards your fitness goals.
For those who prefer a more intimate workout space, we have a women's studio that provides a safe and inclusive environment for female-identifying individuals to exercise comfortably. The YWCA Health Fitness Centre promotes respect for everyone's gender identity, giving members the freedom to choose the workout area that suits them best.
In addition to our main fitness areas, we also offer a variety of group fitness classes in our three dedicated studios. Studio One hosts strength/cardio conditioning and dance exercise classes, while Studio Two offers Pilates, yoga, and stretch classes.
