Between Mothers Wellness Centre is a serene and welcoming yoga studio located in St. Catharines. The studio focuses on empowering women to achieve the best pregnancy and birth experience possible. The founder, who is a nurse, doula, massage therapist, and yoga instructor, is passionate about supporting women during this vulnerable time in their lives.

The studio offers a unique prenatal yoga program that is constantly evolving based on the experiences and feedback of the women who attend. Through a combination of yoga, education, and community support, women are able to learn how to support their bodies during pregnancy and gain tools to help with labour and delivery.
