The Park Footballer is a modified men's health and well-being program based around social sport, created for men who for one reason or another are unable to play or commit to a regular team sport, yet still have a passion to be around, involved with and participate in a game they love.
Our focus is on creating new experiences (social games, modified activities or skills and drills sessions) that anyone with a interest in the sport can get involved in, no matter of their skill level, knowledge of the game, experience, health or injuries. We want to bring together those who have a common interest in football to get in the game and create a new social way to play and participate in a game we love.
A way that is is 100% focused on fun, it is more flexible, has less chance of getting hurt and has far less commitment required than traditional club or league models.
And we want to ensure this is clear - if you take your football seriously, or you are super competitive then this session in NOT the program for you! If you want to have fun, be social and have a laugh while playing then we'd love to see you involved.
