At Bodhi & Ride, we’ve redefined traditional spin classes to create a revolutionary wellness experience that gives you a full body and mind workout.
We offer high-intensity cardio spin workouts interspersed with periods of mindfulness and upper body training, all in our unique RIDE CHAMBER which features high-tech bikes, nightclub lighting and 45 minutes of DJ-sampled music intensity.
Our RIDE classes (described by Vogue as a “cardio party on a bike”) are fun, immersive and designed to challenge you physically and mentally.
Our ethos is to provide a welcoming sanctuary from the outside world for all fitness levels.
Our most recent studio, South Yarra, opened in early 2019. Positioned on Wilson Street, our white brick exterior is contrasted by the blue sky and by our large mural which depicts our manta ‘Let’s RIDE’. It’s unmissable.
Enter the studio and be welcomed into an oasis. All are welcome at our studios (even dogs!). Walk through the corridor and discover the Tribe Zone, a large space designed specifically for our Riders to unwind, to socialise, to be free and enjoy life. With a modern take on the industrial look, our Tribe Zone will leave you feeling warm and refreshed. Equipped with showers, bathrooms and even beanbags, it’s the perfect post-class space. This space is commonly described by riders as ‘peaceful’.
This studio is equipped with 28 bikes and is located at 54 Wilson Street, with side street parking available on Wilson and also Simmons Street.
