The Body Plug Lifting Club is a fitness gym in Fayetteville, GA focused on personal training and group training. Members can work out with one-on-one coaching tailored to their goals and schedule or join group training sessions in a motivating, high-energy environment. A Saturday bootcamp is offered as a way to get a feel for the training style before committing to a package. Training takes place at The Body Plug Lab in Kenwood Business Complex.
