Body Confidence Wellness is a holistic wellness centre located in Hampton, New Zealand. Their mission is to help individuals overcome body insecurities, self-doubt, and negative life patterns, guiding them towards complete body confidence both inside and out.
The founder of Body Confidence Wellness, Justine, began her own journey towards body confidence through fitness classes and understanding the importance of diet and exercise. However, it was through the discovery of Reiki and mindfulness meditation that she truly experienced a transformation. Realising the deeper aspects of body confidence, Justine became a certified Body Confidence Wellness Coach and Reiki Master Practitioner, combining her expertise in the fitness industry with her knowledge of the mind-body connexion.
As a Body Confidence Wellness Coach, Justine works with clients to set goals and uncover the missing pieces of the body confidence puzzle. Whether through one-on-one or group coaching sessions, she tailors her approach to each individual's unique circumstances, helping them work on all four pillars of body confidence: physical, mental, emotional, and soul.
In addition to coaching, Body Confidence Wellness also offers Reiki sessions for soul-body healing. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction, allowing individuals to tap into their body's innate healing abilities. Through Reiki, clients can restore balance, free their minds, and further enhance their body confidence journey.
