Body In Line Pilates Studio

Welcome to Body In Line Pilates Studio, located in the beautiful coastal town of Gerringong, New South Wales. Our studio is dedicated to nurturing health and wellbeing through the practise of Pilates.

At Body In Line Pilates, we understand the importance of maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and instructors. We are committed to following strict COVID-19 precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone who walks through our doors.

Our studio operates in accordance with our COVID Safe Plan, which includes regular sanitization of equipment and high-touch surfaces, practising personal hygiene practises, and maintaining physical distancing. We kindly ask all our clients to be considerate of others and not attend the studio if they are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms.

To ensure the safety of everyone, we have implemented protocols for attending classes at our studio. These protocols include washing and/or sanitising hands before entering the studio, maintaining physical distancing at all times, not arriving early to sessions, leaving promptly at the end of the session, and avoiding gathering or being in proximity to others until leaving the building.

We understand that some individuals may prefer to bring their own equipment for added comfort and peace of mind. You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment to our studio.

Our studio offers a range of classes to suit different preferences and needs. We have group mat classes that focus on core stability, flexibility, and strength training. These classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through various exercises and techniques to help you achieve your fitness goals.
