How often will I be training?

Bodynamics Milltown offers coached structured strength training for women aged 30 to 55 in Dublin 6. The focus is on strength and confidence in a welcoming, non intimidating environment, with sessions designed for beginners and people returning to training. A six week foundation programme provides progressive programming, technique guidance, reassurance, and support so you know what you are working towards. Training is held in small groups with personal attention, with locations across Santry, Ashbourne and Finglas.
