Our small group sessions are designed to foster a sense of community while providing personalised attention to each participant. This allows us to tailor the workouts to your specific goals and abilities, ensuring that you get the most out of each session. We also offer 1-on-1 personal training for those who prefer a more focused and individualised approach.
At Body Wellness Place, we understand that everyone's fitness levels and goals are unique. That's why we provide a safe and supportive space for you to work towards your goals at your own pace. Our trainers are highly knowledgeable and will provide you with expert guidance, tips, and advice to help you reach your full potential.
Currently, we are relocating in The Gap from December 11th, 2023, until January 15th, 2024. During this time, we will be operating on a mobile and home visit basis only, by appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on our progress here.
