Boys Cricket at Grayshott Cricket

Grayshott Cricket Club, located in Grayshott, is excited to announce their upcoming cricket event for boys aged 7 through 19. Known for their outstanding commitment to developing young cricketers, Grayshott Cricket Club holds Clubmark accreditation, a testament to their dedication to providing quality cricketing opportunities.

In 2024, Grayshott Cricket Club will be hosting 14 boys teams, catering to various age groups such as Under 8, Under 9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 12, Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, and Under 19. It's fantastic to see such a wide range of competitive cricket available for our enthusiastic young players.

For boys aged between 5 and 8 years old, we highly recommend our All Stars program. This program is designed to introduce the basics of cricket and create a fun and engaging environment for our future stars. Additionally, boys aged 8 to 12 who are new to the game can join the Dynamos program on Saturday mornings.

Grayshott Cricket Club is currently actively recruiting in all age groups, with the U10 group possibly having a waiting list. We encourage boys aged 14 and above to join our adult cricket teams, where they can showcase their skills and further develop their game on either Saturdays or Sundays.

When it comes to coaching, Grayshott Cricket Club offers exceptional training sessions led by fully qualified coaches. Our winter and summer coaching sessions maintain a good coach-to-children ratio, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. We also collaborate with the Martin Bicknell Academy to organise cricket holiday camps, which are open to both club members and non-members.

Joining one of our boys teams is simple. Interested individuals can contact Graham via text, call, or email to express their interest. We are delighted to attract boys from various surrounding areas who share our passion for cricket.

Our home games and coaching sessions take place at the Sportsfield in Grayshott, a venue that boasts excellent facilities for an exceptional cricketing experience. Registration and payments are made securely online through the Teamo app, which also allows parents to conveniently indicate their child's availability for coaching and matches. We value the support of our volunteer coaches and welcome anyone who wishes to contribute to our club's success.
