Buan Training is a strength and conditioning gym in Dublin serving everyday people, GAA players, boxers, runners and total beginners. Based in Clondalkin (at Round Tower GAA Pitches) with also a Templeogue base, it offers semi-private, structured coaching tailored via an app. Programmes cover field sport athlete training, powerlifting and Hyrox hybrid training, plus team training and performance testing for squads.
