Buckingham Boxing Club provides coached boxing training in Buckingham, with sessions for children aged 8 to 15, a Boxing Awards pathway for 11 to 16 year olds, and adult beginner boxing from age 16+. Training focuses on learning technique in a safe, controlled environment, using pad work and supervised sparring as participants progress. The club runs amateur and professional boxing training with England Boxing and BBBofC licensed coaches, alongside regular access to classes and gym facilities for members.
