Burnaby Girls Baseball, also known as Valkyries, is a baseball club in Burnaby dedicated to providing girls with the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel in the sport of baseball. Founded with the vision of empowering girls through sports, Burnaby Valkyries Baseball aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where girls can develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a love for the game.

The club is a proud affiliate of the Burnaby Baseball Association, a well-established organization that has been supporting the development of baseball in Burnaby since 2001. With a strong focus on inclusivity and nurturing talent, Burnaby Girls Baseball offers programs for girls aged 5 to 18, providing them with the opportunity to participate in practices, games, and tournaments throughout the year.

Spring, which runs from April to June, offers players in age divisions 6U and up the chance to engage in regular practices and games. Players in 11U and up have the additional opportunity to compete in interlock games against co-ed teams from other associations, as well as summer leagues and tournaments. Registration for Spring typically closes in February, with special discounts offered to first-time players under 7 years old.

For players looking to continue their skill development beyond the regular season, the club offers a Fall Ball program from September to October. This short season is designed to help players build upon the progress made during the year and provides an opportunity for new coaches to gain experience in a supportive environment.

In addition to the regular season and Fall Ball program, Burnaby Girls Baseball also hosts a Girls Baseball Summer Camp for players aged 7 to 13. Led by Bullpen Baseball Academy Instructors, the camp offers a fun and engaging baseball experience focused on building fundamental skills and preparing players for the next season. Camp registration typically opens in the summer months and includes a camp fee that covers the cost of instruction and a camp t-shirt for players to keep.
