About
Caledon Woods Golf Club is a picturesque and inspiring golf course located in the pastoral hills and valleys of the Caledon countryside, just north of Toronto. Established in 2003, Caledon Woods replaced the 27-hole Bolton Golf Club, offering modern features and top-notch conditions within the mature surroundings of a historic club. Architect Paul Takahashi maintained the classic parkland character of the course while incorporating links-style elements such as tight lies and crowns around engaging greens, widely regarded as among the region's best with varied slopes and contours.
The undulating Caledon landscape adds an extra challenge to the course, leading to uneven fairway lies and demanding tee shots that require strategic ball placement. Despite its modest length of 6,415 yards, Caledon Woods allows players to unleash their full swing on most holes. The clubhouse reflects the rural setting, perched on the highest point of the property and providing a warm welcome for post-round drinks or Sunday brunch. A spacious patio offers panoramic views of the beautiful Caledon Hills, enhancing the overall experience of the golf club.
Combining natural beauty with a test of skill, Caledon Woods Golf Club offers the charm of a traditional club with all the amenities expected in 21st-century golfing. Whether you are seeking a challenging round of golf or a serene retreat in nature, Caledon Woods is the ideal destination for golf enthusiasts in Bolton and beyond.
