With BLOC, you'll have access to personalised programming, video analysis, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support from Mac and the BLOC team, ensuring you stay on track and continue making progress towards your goals.
While Mac's in-person coaching slots are currently full, you can still register your interest by completing the enquiry form. If a slot becomes available, Mac will reach out to you personally. In-person coaching takes place at Mac's home gym in Fochabers, Moray, where you'll have the opportunity to receive hands-on guidance and support to help you reach your fitness goals.
