Casey Tennis Centre

The Casey Tennis Centre, home of the Narre Warren Tennis Club (NWTC), is located at Sweeney Reserve, Dempster Way, Berwick. This family-oriented club welcomes members of all ages and nationalities, with active participation in both junior and senior divisions. The centre boasts a total of 12 courts, including 4 blue hard courts and 8 synthetic grass courts. Alongside the courts, members can enjoy a modern clubroom, kiosk, and barbecue facilities.

NWTC prides itself on its strong junior programme, entering teams in the Berwick District Tennis Association, with fixtures on both Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, junior players from the club represent the local association in the Tennis Victoria Junior Pennant Competition. Senior teams from NWTC compete in various competitions, including the Tennis Victoria Pennant competition, the Waverley District Tennis Association, the Peninsula Tennis Association, and the Bayside Tennis Association.

For those who enjoy social tennis, the club holds Thursday evening sessions that cater to players of all skill levels. NWTC is fortunate to have a dedicated team of tennis coaches available, offering coaching programmes for players at every proficiency level. Complying with the guidelines, members can bring up to three guests at a time.
